A late shipment adds "delayed" and turns red. The four-step progress line on a shipment is Scheduled, Loading, In transit, Delivered.

Order intake and validation

On the Control Tower Orders screen, new orders pass an intake check.

Intake filter chips: All, Pending Resolution, Accepted. Check tags: Blocks, Warning, Note. Priority tags: High and Low (Normal shows no tag).

On the Overview, intake is summarised as Order Placed, Validation Failed and Order Accepted. A failed order shows a reason such as Customer is not active, Customer has unpaid bills, No contract cover, Contract expired or terminated, Service not on the contract, No capable vehicle in the fleet, Incomplete order, Delivery point not geocoded, or Requested date has passed.
