Welcome to the GWC Logistics User Guide

This guide explains every screen of the GWC Logistics platform in plain language: what the screen is for, what you see on it, and what you can do there.

You do not need to be technical to use it. Where a technical word cannot be avoided, the guide explains it in one sentence and links to the Glossary.

How to find what you need

• By screen. Every menu item in each portal has its own page, in the same order as the menu. Use the portal sections in the left-hand navigation.
• By what you want to do. The Topics section walks through tasks that cross several screens, such as placing an order and following it to delivery.
• By looking a word up. Reference explains every status, role and notification once. The Glossary explains the terms.
• From the screen you are on. Every screen and every popup has a round ? icon. Click it and this guide opens at the right place. See Using the help icon.
