Vehicle check

What this screen is for

This is your check of the truck before you drive. A failed item can stop dispatch until it is fixed.

Who can see it

Drivers.

Where to find it

Tap Check at the bottom of the screen. Or tap the warning card on Today.

What you see

  • Your truck plate and type.
  • A card with your Last check: the time, and whether it was OK. If items failed, it shows how many.
  • The checklist, in groups. Each item has Pass and Fail buttons. A red star means the item is required.
  • A count at the bottom, for example 8/12 answered, and how many failed.

What you can do

  1. Go through each item. Tap Pass or Fail.
  2. For a Fail, write a Photo caption. It is required. Then write What is wrong with it?
  3. Tap Submit check. If any item failed, the button says Submit with defects.

If a failed item has no photo caption, a red message says so and you cannot send.

A pass clears the truck. A fail blocks it until it is fixed.

Popups and panels

This screen has no popups.

Tips

  • No vehicle assigned means dispatch has not given you a truck. Call dispatch.
  • Do not tap Pass if you did not check. It is on record.
  • Failed the check? Tell dispatch in Messages.
