Dashboard¶
What this screen is for¶
The Dashboard gives you a quick picture of the whole platform: how many customer organizations exist, how healthy their set-up is, and what has changed in the last 30 days. An organization here is one customer company that has its own separate space on the platform (see Glossary).
Who can see it¶
Platform administrators. Anyone else who tries to sign in sees a "Not authorised for the Admin console" message.
Where to find it¶
Click Dashboard under OVERVIEW in the left menu. It is also the first screen after you sign in.
What you see¶
At the top, Platform overview shows when the figures were last updated, a Refresh button and a Create organization button.
Below that is a row of count cards. Each one counts organizations or background work right now:
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Organizations | Every organization on the platform. |
| Active | Organizations that are live. Shows its share of the total. |
| Suspended | Organizations that are switched off. |
| Provisioning | Organizations still being set up. |
| Failed provisioning | Organizations where a set-up step failed and needs attention. |
| Organization admins | The first administrator of each organization. |
| Jobs queued | Background tasks waiting to start. |
| Jobs running | Background tasks working now. |
A card with a count above zero (other than the plain totals) is highlighted. The meaning of each status is explained in Statuses and stages.
Underneath are two panels:
- Recent activity lists what happened in the last 30 days: the action, the organization it concerned (click the name to open it), who did it and how long ago. If nothing happened it says All quiet.
- Provisioning status is a coloured bar and legend showing how many organizations are Completed, In Progress, Pending or Failed. Provisioning means building an organization's database, storage and first user.
What you can do¶
- Check the numbers. Click Refresh to read them again. The button shows Refreshing… while it works.
- Jump to a filtered list. Click a card such as Suspended, or a coloured part of the bar, to open Organizations already filtered.
- Start a new organization. Click Create organization. See Create organization.
- Open an organization from the activity list. Click its name.

Tips¶
- The page does not update by itself. Click Refresh to see new figures.
- Jobs queued and Jobs running are not clickable. They only show that background work is going on.
- A red Failed provisioning count means at least one organization is stuck. Click the card, open the organization and use the Provisioning tab.
