Platform admins¶
What this screen is for¶
This lists the people who may use this Admin console. You can switch a person off here without touching the identity provider (the service that handles sign-in, called Keycloak).
Who can see it¶
Platform administrators.
Where to find it¶
Click Platform admins under PLATFORM in the left menu.
What you see¶
A note says admins appear here after their first sign-in, and that access itself is granted in Keycloak, not here. Then a table:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Name | The admin's name. Your own row has a You label. |
| Their email. | |
| Phone | Their phone number, or a dash. |
| Status | Active or Inactive. |
| Last sign-in | When they last signed in. |
| Created | The date they first signed in. |
Controls under the table move between pages.
What you can do¶
- Deactivate an admin. Click Deactivate on their row. They cannot use the console from then on, even if Keycloak still grants them access. You see a message such as "name@example.com deactivated".
- Activate an admin again. Click Activate on an inactive row.
You cannot deactivate yourself. The button is greyed out on your own row.
Popups and panels¶
This screen has no popups. The buttons act at once, with no confirmation.

Tips¶
- A new colleague does not appear until they have signed in once. Ask them to sign in first.
- To give someone access in the first place, or to remove it fully, ask whoever manages Keycloak for your platform.
- If you are locked out, another active platform admin must activate you.
