Profile

What this screen is for

Keep your own name and phone number up to date. Other admins see your name in the audit trail.

Who can see it

Every platform administrator, for their own profile only.

Where to find it

Click your initials in the top right corner, then Profile.

What you see

  • Email: your sign-in email. It cannot be changed here.
  • Last sign-in: when you last signed in.
  • Admin since: when you first signed in.
  • Boxes for First name, Last name and Phone. Phone uses international format, for example +97412345678.

What you can do

  1. Change a name or phone number.
  2. Click Save. It is greyed out until something changes. You see Profile saved, and your name in the top right menu updates.

The same menu also has Sign out.

Popups and panels

This screen has no popups.

Tips

  • To change your email or password, ask whoever manages sign-in (Keycloak) for your platform.
  • Your name appears in the Actor column of the audit log for things you do.
