Shift¶
What this screen is for¶
Use it to start your shift and to end it. At the end you see a summary of your day.
Who can see it¶
Drivers.
Where to find it¶
Tap Shift at the bottom of the screen.
What you see¶
The screen changes with your shift.
Before you start: Open your shift. You see Odometer now - km. It helps measure your real distance.
After you start: Close your shift. You see the time you opened it. Then four boxes:
- Stops done, for example 4/5
- Distance
- Hours driven
- Fuel
If stops are still open, a yellow card lists them by order number and place. It has a tick box: Close anyway - I will not complete these today.
Then the form: Closing odometer - km, Breaks taken - minutes and Anything to report.
What you can do¶
- To start, type the odometer and tap Start shift.
- To finish, check the summary.
- If stops are open, tick Close anyway to confirm.
- Fill in the closing odometer, your breaks and any notes.
- Tap Close shift.
Closing saves your hours for the safety record. It also frees the truck.
