Messages¶

What this screen is for¶

Use it to talk to your dispatcher. Everything you send stays on the record.

Who can see it¶

Drivers.

Where to find it¶

Tap Chat at the bottom of the screen. A red number on Chat means unread messages.

What you see¶

A title Dispatch. Then the messages. Your messages are green and on the right. Messages from dispatch are white and on the left, with the sender's name. Each one shows the time. At the bottom is a box that says Message dispatch….

If there are none, it says No messages yet.

What you can do¶

Type your message.
Tap Send, or press Enter.

Empty messages are not sent.

Popups and panels¶

This screen has no popups.

Tips¶

For a problem at a stop, use Something went wrong on the stop. It alerts dispatch at once.
Dispatch can also see your messages in the Control Tower.
Urgent? Call from the Today screen.
